New regulations regarding the management of individuals personal data have been introduced from 25th May 2018. The Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue Association is committed to protecting the rights and freedoms of data subjects and safely and securely processing their data in accordance with all our legal obligations. It has put in place a number of policies and procedures to achieve this. This is more fully explained in our GDPR Fair Processing and Privacy Notice.
The Association will always comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) when dealing with your personal data. For the purposes of GDPR the Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue Association is the controller of all the personal data we hold about you.
