Runner dies on moorland near Ilkley

A man tragically collapsed and died while out running on moorland near Ilkley. The 52-year-old Ilkley man was found by cyclists on Saturday morning on Middleton Moor, near Langbar. Police officers from two forces, West Yorkshire Police and North Yorkshire Police attended the scene along with a Yorkshire Air Ambulance. The team attended at the request of the ambulance service. and were able to remove the body from the moor with a Land Rover.
