Overdue cavers in Lost Johns - Leck Fell, Lancashire

The team was called out by Lancashire Police to assist CRO with equipment and members to search for a party of 2 cavers, overdue on a Lost John's - Notts 2 through trip. The cavers had left the surface at about 8pm on 3rd June and were due out by midnight. Uwfra members helped in the search Lost John's and nearby caves, as well as operating surface to underground comms. Eventually, the missing cavers were found off-route, in Lost John's and escorted to the surface.
