The team was called out by the North Yorkshire Police to assist a casualty reported as being out on a night run when they had slipped over injuring their knee. The call was close to our border with Calder Valley Search & Rescue Team who had also been mobilised by the Yorkshire Ambulance Service, CVSRT took over control whilst we supported. The joint teams then stretchered the casualty off the hill back to a waiting road ambulance.
