The team was called out to assist a female who had fallen from a stile whilst walking the Dales Way, injuring her knee & ankle rendering her unable to walk. The team administered pain relief and immobilised the leg before moving her on to the wheeled team stretcher. A tricky carry out due to narrow gateways, stiles - and cows, but eventually the casualty was handed over to the waiting land ambulance.
