Snowbound Langstrothdale

We were contacted by North Yorkshire Police for a male who had called recovery after getting his car stuck 300m off the road in Langstrothdale. The recovery company were concerned as they had not been able to contact him for several hours so out of concern contacted the police who in turn called us out to assist. A small team was deployed and located the car and then checked the nearby holiday let to find the man safe. The team was then stood down and returned to base.
