The team was called by the North Yorkshire Police to assist with the evacuation of a male on a sponsored walk who had stressed his knee and was having difficulty in walking. Fortunately, the first team vehicle was able to drive close to the reported location and picked the casualty up to drive them off the hill to meet event medics for onward transport back to the event HQ
