Fallen female Bolton Abbey

The Team was called by North Yorkshire Police to assist with the evacuation of an 85 year old female who had fallen injuring her head near the Strid at Bolton Abbey. As with other incidents at Bolton Abbey, the estate was contacted to assist in the team getting access to the casualty. The first team members on scene were kindly driven in an estate vehicle close to the casualty's position. After an assessment the casualty was driven back to the carpark with her walking partner and advised to attend the local hospital as a precautionary measure.
