Male with medical incident Conistone Pie

The team was called out to assist in the rescue of an 83 year old male who had suffered a medical episode whilst on The Dales Way path near Conistone pie. The team and a member of the Yorkshire Ambulance Service once on scene provided casualty care. Given the inclement conditions & potential risk of hypothermia, it was imperative we quickly extricated him back down the hill to the waiting ambulance.
