Casualty carry Strid Wood Bolton Abbey

The team was called out to assist the Yorkshire ambulance service in a short casualty carry out from the Strid area of Bolton Abbey to a waiting road ambulance. Luckily the Yorkshire air ambulance was in the area and the crew was able to assist in extricating the casualty, a lady who had slipped whilst out walking and suffered a suspected fracture to her femur. The team was therefore stood down on route.
