Female fallen from horse Spofforth

The team was called out by the Yorkshire Ambulance Service to assist with a lady who had fallen from a horse with a possible head injury. Heli med attended and cleared the patient to walk out to the road ambulance. Team members on scene were stood down as were team vehicles still en route from Grassington.
