Female fallen in canal boat

The Team were called to assist a casualty who had fallen backwards off steps in a canal boat and hit the back of her head on the edge of a wooden bed. The team provided initial casualty care on scene and, once paramedics arrived, extraction of the casualty from the boat to the tow path and onwards to the ambulance.
