Injured female Starbotton

The team was called by North Yorkshire Police to reports that a female walker had slipped and fallen on a steep scree slope above Starbotton, sustaining a suspected ankle Injury. Team members were able to drive close to the casualty, she was given pain relief, her injuries were splinted and she was carefully carried back to the roadside and handed over to Yorkshire Ambulance Service for onward travel to hospital.
