Female fallen near to Cow and Calf Ilkley Moor

The team was called to attend to a walker who had slipped on a path and injured their knee five minutes walk from the rear of the quarry. The casualty was assessed by our Remote Rescue Medical Technicians who applied a leg splint and transported the casualty carefully down the footpath by stretcher to the Cow & Calf car park. The casualty was then taken to hospital for treatment.
